i need 5 minutes to ftp this to:

i just set up a form for the service providers to fill out. i am not gonna go thru the process of sorting faxes, etc.
This way the computer can pick which company is out there,and tell me what my options are when i get a client in another part of the world. lemme know what you think. don't press submit, as the cgi-script is not on the server and you will wait forever for no answer.
