prediction on self-clearing in May?

Once US Clearing is kicked out, what do we expect for
service changes?

My predictions:

(1) no free trade for 1000 share or more. obvious.
(2) change of check-writing. old checks should be invalid
soon. New check-writing should be easy to implement for Web Street.
(3)afterhour trading.
(4) better fills? Consenses is that US Clearing has been headache. Many of system down problems previously was due to US Clearing. That was what I heard last week from a Web Street customer service person.
