Thank you for your e-mail. We do use compliance approved responses for particular issues such as system problems. I do understand from previous email and phone conversations that the level of detail in these responses is not sufficient for your requests. We have passed your comments to our technical services and compliance departments for review, however the approved responses are all we can use in response to your inquiries.


I think your website access problems may be one or
more of 1) access speed via your ISP, 2) Munged up browser
operation, sick computer. I've had good response lately
using Netscape 4.08 although I use Schwab web in very limited manner, usually just when I'm making a trade (which
would be much more infrequent if the market would simply
cooperate with what I feel ought to happen)
