Communicata Appoints Credence CEODr. Graham Siddall to Board
March 14, 2000 03:40 PM EDINBURGH, UK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 14, 2000--Communicata, Ltd., a leading provider of e-business solutions using web technology, today announced the appointment of Dr. Graham Siddall, president and CEO of Credence Systems of Fremont, Calif. CMOS , to its board of directors.
Siddall brings a wealth of experience in senior executive positions at leading technology companies that will be essential in setting Communicata's strategic direction and achieving its growth goals.
Communicata recently began the process of becoming a publicly traded company by signing a letter of intent with LifeOne, Inc. LONE to complete a reverse merger and spinout with one of its subsidiaries. Communicata expects to submit the required filings in April, 2000.

Siddall served as executive vice president of KLA-Tencor and was instrumental in the integration of Tencor with KLA as COO and executive vice president of Tencor. He previously served as vice president of research, development, and engineering at GCA Corporation in addition to holding various positions at Hewlett-Packard Laboratories, W.W. Hansen Laboratories of Physics at Stanford University, and Rank Taylor Hobson in the UK. An accomplished technologist, Siddall holds several patents and is a past president of the American Society for Precision Engineering.
