Communicata's press release provides two bits of information that LifeOne wouldn't divulge to me. Getting answers in this roundabout way is somewhat laborious.
First, the merger is definitely with one of the three subsidiaries. Second, Communicata appears to have an internal deadline for completing whatever paperwork it needs to do the merger of April, which is next month! Hopefully Mr. Goldstein won't keep them waiting. He'd better not. :)
