I don't probe the website that much but if you're having consistent problems then you might investigate the response from another computer (i.e. public library).
Once upon a time
I got phone calls from a manager of their development,
based on a relatively trivial complaint with the new format.
Since then they have certainly been swamped (nasdaq
volume is now running 2bb per day, 10/98 peaked near 1bb).
