is there any estimate when the fda might approve it?
if it is actually approved - will it make that much of
a difference?

reading thru the docs - the unit still seems like a hassle
to use - it needs 60 days to calibrate and then recalibrations (7 days ) after 3 months? although, i didn't realize that people were pricking their fingers that much in the first place.
