"with buffets approach, i am urged to short his stock. just as well i cant afford the price :-) my dreams come free."

There is a class B share that sells for less than $1500 and has 1/30th the economic rights of the A. It generally trades at a slight discount to the A.

But before you do that you might want to read the annual report, accumulate Buffet's knowledge, and think about these things:

- The world's greatest investor just publicly stated that he would be buying back shares below $45,000 -- he does not buy anything unless he thinks it is significantly less than intrinsic value. He outlines the economics of a share repurchase nicely in the recent annual (It is a bit different than your typical tech share repurchase i.e. Dell)
- The company, in one of its worst underwriting performances had 25 Billion in float at a cost of 5.8%, less than the Federal Government currently borrows at
- Executive Jet, Geico, Sees, etc.
- Roughly selling at accounting book value

So I anticipate this was a short term speculative trade you were talking about?
