NEWSSonar Network, a Division of DoubleClick Inc, Signs Contract With Kanakaris to Rep Advertising on www.KKRS.Net Entertainment Web Portal
COSTA MESA, Calif., Mar 13, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Kanakaris Communications Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: KKRS) and Sonar Network, a division of Double Click Inc. (Nasdaq: DCLK) have signed a contract whereby the Kanakaris web portal www.KKRS.Net (and www.CinemaPop.com), and associated Kanakaris URLs, become affiliated with the Sonar Network.
Under terms of the contract, the Sonar Network, a business unit of DoubleClick Inc., agreed to link the Kanakaris web sites to its service. The Sonar Network and its representatives shall sell media space to the Kanakaris web sites for the display of advertising and shall deliver such advertising to users accessing Kanakaris web sites though DoubleClick's proprietary DART technology.

Kanakaris also receives advertising and other services to its web sites through an alliance with ValueClick Inc. DoubleClick Inc. recently announced that it has successfully completed acquiring a 30% equity stake in ValueClick Inc.
