NEWS out, not so good??? PlayStar Announces That It Has Received A Law Suit ST JOHN'S ANTIGUA, Mar 13, 2000 (INTERNET WIRE via COMTEX) -- PlayStar Wyoming Holding Corp, (PSCKF) NASDQ OTC BB. PlayStar announces that it has received a Law Suit from Cyberstation Limited, Joseph Alves and Alicia Da Conceaceo. The Law Suit, amongst other things, claims a breech of contract by PlayStar and five of it's shareholders with respect to contracts entered into in early 1999. The Company believes that the plaintiff's claim is without merit and intends to defend the suit vigorously and to counterclaim for damages against the plaintiffs.
