Harry; Schaeffer for this am For morning of 3/14/00: There is a high probability that the OEX will hit the 760 level soon. The probabilities of hitting small, one to three percent, drawup levels are all higher than normal. Since the higher drawup levels, four or more percent, are not more likely to be reached, this is not anticipated to be a breakout. & Ed Downes suggests watching for a head fake.
