ISSI Announces Industry-Fastest CMOS SRAMs
Asynchronous Devices Couple 8ns Access Times with Low Operating Current
SANTA CLARA, Calif., March 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISSI - news) today introduced two new 1Mbit Asynchronous SRAMs. These new 3.3V devices, IS61LV6416 and IS63LV1024, are the fastest asynchronous CMOS SRAMs in the industry. They combine 8ns access times with low active and standby currents. These devices are targeted for a broad range of telecom and networking applications.

Price, Packaging and Availability
In quantities of 10,000 the IS61LV6416 is priced at $3.95 in 44-pin SOJ or TSOP packages and $4.45 in 48-ball BGA package. The IS63LV1024 is priced at $3.85 in 32-pin SOJ or TSOP. Samples are now available with volume production beginning in Q3 2000.
