Steve Hooper of Nextlink was asked about TerrorBeam in an interview. He didn't sound too concerned. Link follows,
requires RealPlayer. My two cents is as long as they are planning window shots only, they do not have a viable business plan. Access would just be too limited and the chance for disruptions too great.
