Well put. I was trying to make him work for it. Anyhow, I know of a few cases in which a fund (this probably doesn't happen to investment banks) is essentially stuck holding forever. Trust Company of the West, I understand, bought into Boeing at the beginning. They're not flippers. They still have it, and the tax liability is so large that they can't get rid of it.

Would be nice if that happened to DSCM. I sensed a bottom on the run into the 19s, and loaded up as much as I want for now.
