I noticed CEO of Eckerd resigned. Does anyone have a feel if this has any affect on SIDT and Eckerd relationship?

I am a bit confused with Eckerd's relationship with JC Penny and Target. Did JC Penny sale all of Eckerd's stores to Target? Or did jc penny keep some of them.
