Hi JS....I rceived my annual renewal and this time I am also applying for the IWB...The problem is I have no phone # to place the order only what they mail you to send items back with payment.. Therefore it may be several weeks before I receive an IWB.So I would like you help. Within the last newsletter Dines spoke of a possible bear beginning but leaned more towards aspring rally...What has been his thoughts this week of the markets....have you received any IWB's this week ........is the market another buying opportunity...actually I'm fully invested. Just want to get out of harms way if its coming down the pipe... Cheers Keith
