2. MEANS OF ENTRY: Entries will be accepted from 7:30PM ET on March 12, 2000 (1 hour after the 2000 NCAA© Division I Men's Basketball Tournament brackets are announced at 6:30 PM ET) until the tip-off of the first tournament game, at 11:30 AM ET March 16, 2000. (All times are approximate.) Beginning on February 16, 2000, entrants may begin the registration process more fully described below, but no registration will be deemed complete, and such entrant will not be eligible for any prizes, until the entrant submits which teams he or she thinks will win every game in the 2000 NCAA© Division I Men's Basketball Tournament. Such picks must be submitted during the time period set forth in the first sentence of this paragraph.

You are also allowed to change your picks up to the time stipulated above as well. FYI; to change any game will mean redoing the whole enchilada.
