no. but I can see what you are saying considering MOT is involved, it was the use of power main in the news release that I was keying on. At one time, I knew some guys that were working on radio transmission of meter reading, so the truck could just drive around the subdivisions. I still see a guy walk up to mine so that never took off that I know of. greg
