Suggest Consilium to take actions in the following area:

. learn from other companys for how they came back from losing money. Good candidates to learn from are Kmart, AMD, IDT, IBM, DEC, etc. The key is that a company cannot afford to waste money when it's not profitable. It has to remain focused on the key things it needs to do, and do them well. The first priority for the company is to return to profitability to survive.

. calaulate the ROI first before spending money in doing major projects. The marketing department should take charge of this. If not, hire a person to do it (direct report to CEO). Don't leave the decision to the product development department because they don't have the needed experiences and there are conflicts of interest.

. improve in communicating with the investors and stockholders. Don't keep the investors in the dark!! CSIM needs to be more proactive in communicating with the investors.
