please call 1-800-mytrack - they'll help witht he Fatal OE problems.

You might want to download full new user version of mytrack - version 4.0.12 - not the beta - then use control panel / add/remove programs - remove track, then delete folder /mytrack/ from c:/program files/ - just track folder, not entire /program files/ folder - then reinstall from full new user version of 4.0.12. you'll need to know your user id and pwd for the reinstall - tell it 'existing' user upon startup after reinstall.
