FGH - Reschedules conference call Any thoughts on what this means? Friede Goldman Halter Reschedules Conference Call GULFPORT, Miss., Mar 15, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Friede Goldman Halter, Inc. (NYSE: FGH) today announced that it has rescheduled the conference call related to its fourth-quarter and year-end results from March 16 to April 6, to allow for the filing and electronic dissemination of the company's Annual Report on Form 10-K. The company believes that deferring the conference call until after its Form 10-K is filed and made readily available will allow for a more detailed discussion of the company's 1999 results and prospects for 2000, as well as the status of the Ocean Rig and Petrodrill projects. The company also stated that estimates of earnings for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 1999, previously announced on February 22, 2000, have not changed; therefore, the company will not issue a separate earnings press release on March 15.
