I called Solvex and spoke with Frank Ciati today. I asked if they were scheduled to go to court to get the decision. He said no. They were given the 5 days to file any additional papers but that was last Wednesday. He said the judge did not say anything about how soon to expect a decision. He said they are looking forward to the decision.
