Then Sell Out Telephonics, Well....if the problems are so big....then they should sell out to a firm who can compute what the settlement will be...value the business......and get on with it. Take them out....restore confidence. The company is worth 2 or 3 times what the stock is trading for.....lawsuit or no lawsuit? Only one way to find out......Hire an investment bank. Insiders want out?.....yes? If all of the customers are leaning on the door.....ready to bolt.....this should light a fire under the insiders. They own most of the stock.....and have the most to gain or loose. I'll be looking for the sparks. bg
