Tom, re W2K upgrades, you make a lot of good arguments, but it's ahappenin'. Maybe everyone is so shocked to hear how clean it is that they're falling all over themselves rushing out to buy it.

Of course, using hindsight, which is always 20-20, the move back at Microsoft vs. Fed time (early Nov.) was to trade it for SUNW. Maybe trade back time is coming?
