Thanks, Huey. I suppose we need to wrap up this KO discussion here and I am not insisting in the final word, but this is my last comment (maybe <g>)

Daft (interim CEO) does not have free reign now. He has marching orders that many say came from BB. Ivester did not have free reign either, in the end. The board lost confidence, told him what needed to be done, he refused, some say.

The heart of the matter is that Consuego's (sp) untimely death interrupted the ascension process of Ivestor. He needed emeritus leadership to complete the learning process. Some argue that his Southern roots may have hurt him in many ways. I won't defend that argument, but its interesting. His handling of Carl Ware was insensitive, though not necessarily connected with his roots. Appearances many have been enough, though.
