Bob,

60,000 divided by 2,300,000 = 0.0261

Which is equal to 2.61% check your math!!! It's wrong!!!

Well at least your consistent.

The insider trading report I read indicated that Mr. Tambanis sold 1,732,000 shares from January 20, 1997 to January 29,1997 at prices averaging higher than $1.00. I guess he could buy quite a nice FLEET of cars with the proceeds, don't you think. And yes I do think 60,000 shares of selling is excessive in April given that he had previously sold 1.732 million in January. I don't mind someone taking a few bucks off the table but this is a bit much.

And I don't buy Tambanis' claim that he reinvested the money in the company. Take your time, buy a calculator and work the math (don't forget to put the decimal point in the right place) - you may be surpriced at what you learn.

I believe this stock would be trading higher today if Tambanis himself hadn't killed it with selling of 1.7 million shares in just seven days during January. Will he do it again now that he is reloaded?? It will be interesting to see. I'll be watching his trades very closely...
