Quantum(TM) IOT Equipped Television Transmitter Series

Acrodyne Industries, Inc. announced today that it has reached a
definitive agreement with the Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. for the

for Acrodyne. "This agreement with Sinclair gives Acrodyne and its
customers a decided advantage in the new digital and traditional analog
marketplace. We can now offer our customers a complete set of
technology choices ranging from the Rohde and Schwarz solid state

assignments offered by our Diacrode ACTTM systems, to now, the new
Quantum IOT transmitter line for high power full service applications."

David Smith, CEO of Sinclair also commented on this agreement, "We are
very excited that we can make this new and innovative technology
available to the television broadcast industry. It represents a new
generation of transmitters that we designed to meet the needs of our
stations. Since we operate 61 TV stations in 40 markets, we believe we
have also created a universal product uniquely suited for most
broadcaster applications."
