DELL and ARIBA joining together

This seems to be more of the usual. Excelon had a deal with Dell EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa) and of course we all hoped this would blossom into a worldwide e-commerce relationship with Dell, one of the most prestigious players. But this latest announcement tends to indicate that the Dell EMEA deal may not be growing into bigger and better things.

Reminds me of the deals licencing PSE Pro for Java to Netscape, Microsoft and Sun, which looked like potential blockbusters but ended up making an imperceptible difference to the company's revenue.

ahhaha: I know you think this company has great potential, and obviously time will tell. However I take it that you wouldn't seek to interpret the Dell/Ariba deal as any deviation from this company's track record of opening the door but never going through. Any comment?
