Dear Cheryl: If I may add to your post I would say the following also: SUNW is known as a STANDARD in its market. EVEN if another company comes along with something better which frankly I doubt will happen consistently (ie someone may temporarily have the upper hand but then SUNW will come out with their upgrade) it is VERY DIFFICULT to dislodge a market Standard. JDN
