Didn't GOJO purportedly purchase the assets of some defunct company that had a contract with Insignia? Then Insignia sold it (imbedded) in their Unix product they sold to Citrix last year, and GOJO says they are entitled to royalties?

As I recall, GOJO says they own the patent to (client) access data on a non-Windows computer from any other computer. They started making noise when Citrix moved into the Unix arena. I'm very vague on the allegations, but it's something along that line.
