Frank,

Concerning your message about component shortages:

>>The Company also experienced difficulty during 1995 in obtaining a
sufficient supply of the servowriting equipment used in the manufacture
of Zip disks. Such equipment shortages in 1995 limited the Company's
production of Zip disks, and there can be no assurance that similar
equipment shortages will not occur in the future.<<

While this may be true, Iomega will start to get revenues (not insignificant)
from the likes of Fuji (available now), Sentinel, and TDK (available Q3)
for Zip disks that they produce. Obviously, those companies already have their
disk making equipment. Also, with regards to other component shortages,
IMHO Iomega's growing name brand recognition and market pull may help move them
to the front of the line (I could be all wet though).

Jay
