I have a question. Friend of mine he did invest in pre-IPO company. So, he had 5000 shares @10(not sure). The company got bought out on 'fully diluted basic', EPNY bought Octaine. Does it mean he will get 5000 of EPNY and will pay only 50K. Please explain. If that's so , he is a one lucky son of b... He will make around 900K. Kaissa
