Elmer, You can't patent an instruction set. Intel never sued AMD for using Intel instructions. They sued because AMD decided to steal Intel's microcode. You know better than to post this nonsense Scumbria. I guess that explains why Cyrix had to use an Intel cross-licensed fab. Scumbria
