Hi Tony,

Congratulations on ECNC. You could cut and paste your observations onto the SEC release. Just wondering what the scenarios are if you short ECNC. Sure, if it reopens at 1.....nobrainer. Are there other scenarios? Just adding to my education. Fairly new full time trader.
