Michael, I don't have any great info but will tell you what I do know: You can check the Yahoo board - it's fairly active with talk about mgmt and the recent takeover fiasco. The Cheap Investor newsletter used to track this stock and have detailed analyses but I haven't seen it in a year or so. Profits are headed in the right direction, so at the right price I think you can feel good about the stock. Victor
