Intel has a legal staff to protect its Intellectual Property.

It has a duty to its shareholders to insure that companies such as Cyrix and AMD do not steal its property and profit from the hard work and creativity of Intel engineers.

I suppose you just love AMD's legal staff - especially for getting beat by Altera and Brooktree (now part of Conexant) in patent suits.

And let us not forget the AMD lawyers that have to toil INCESSANTLY handling all the AMD shareholder law suits !!

AMD should be close to announcing YET ANOTHER $10 or $20 MILLION settlement for lying to its stockholders last year!
