From RB: I visited SeaView on Monday. I was on vacation and I stopped in. I met Rich McBride and several others. I got a SecureView demo by Rich. It works as advertised. The SecureView camera in the light bulb was mounted to take a shot of the receptionist area. Rich took a TV monitor and walked from one room to the next plugging it in and the picture was clear and sharp on the monitor in every room.

I have 20 years of experience in the manufacture and sales and product development of capital equipment to the paper industry. I have been in probably 500 different manufacturing plants in my career and met many engineers/product managers. I came to the conclusion that Rich is outstanding at product development and a visionary inventor. He is extremely talented and clever. These type of people are very rare. They are doing a great job of getting the word out about the company and products.

Rich advised me that they have 17 different patents or liscenses for SecureView. "It is tied up". The German stock market listing is a go. They want to get several big orders before they apply to go on the NASDAQ. They do qualify for the American stock exchange right now, but I got the impression that they prefer the Nasdaq . Meeting with Home Depot may be late this week or next week. They want to be prepared.

They keep finding new applications for the SeaView under water cameras. Business is picking up for this product. Shipping about 20 units per day right now. They are doing quite a few boat shows.

My biggest concern is how will they handle the growth. Rich thinks they could hit a total of 30 million dollars in sales this year. The facility and company is lean. They are doing a great job of keeping costs down. Everyone was working hard and their attitudes where all very upbeat.

My suggestions is to buy in the dips. Be patient. New product development is tough. These products are winners. I think the challenge will be how they will manage the growth. I am not sure if the infrastructure is in place to handle this accelerated growth.
