I just finished running my analysis of the SPX. Not a single 52-week new high on the SPX. But the stocks above the 200 DMA increased strongly. Strong upward momentum is indicated tomorrow, with the dogs leading for a change. Does this mean anything -- or is it just a harmless rotation into underperforming issues? My experience fails me here.
