I just tried their on-line signup where they said I'd be processed in a couple of minutes and then ready to trade. So then I got a message that said that my application could not be processed at that time and I would hear from them in three days, except that that won't happen because I am out of town and their signup did not allow me to provide an alternative means of contact. I then tried to call them but gave up after being put on hold for about forever. Glad I found out about this before sending them any money. Not that their competition is much better, but until they get their act together I don't see that the difference in commissions is enough to make them worthwhile.
