You make a good point David. Here we have GOJO who supposedly has a patent on something. Of course, whatever it is is so good that they lose $0.67 cents per share marketing it. What a company.

Then Citrix purportedly ( and perhaps inadvertently - and perhaps not at all ) receives this technology from Insignia. So Graphon, it's product not marketable, launches a "patent infringement" lawsuit against Citrix.

Maybe they have something - maybe they don't.

But it is worth smiling a little. Graphon is from the "great" state of California - home of the "high stress" and whatever other kind of lawsuit. If you can't perform, just say "I'm stressed out", file a lawsuit, and the problem is maybe solved a little.

Maybe Graphon's biggest problem is that they just didn't have anything worthwhile. The lawsuit is probably there in the hope that they'll put some income onto their bottom line - something that they can't do in the real world.
