Antman-- I had three friends who went through the same thing. Had every test run on them under the sun. Believe it or not all three were grinding/clenching their teeth excessively at night while they slept (all had severe underlying stress.) It's usually the last thing the docs think of if it occurs to them at all. Similar thing happened to me in graduate school. I pegged it right away based on their experience. Tell Bill...ya never know.
