Sorry Mike, but that filling is rather old. Since then the SEC called them back to say that they were still missing information... I am long this company and probably will not sell at these levels, but this is a struggling company because management could not be worse. They are pathetic! They seem to have the technology, just not the vision nor the balls...

My mistake for having invested in the company with the bad feeling I had about Sak and his group and now I pay for it; nobody else to blame.

Also the news, was not all that bad for what it said, but for what it didn't say. No reference what-so-ever to the Radio Sat and no reference to the camera technology. Nothing, rien de tout, nada. And these areas is where their strength was in my opinion. Very, very disappointed in them. Too bad one cannot sue management for stupidity!...
