WTHL check these charts and you'll see a big part of the reason I bought in today. .25 looked to me like a new base, so getting in at, or under .25 seemed very safe to me, little downside, and piles of upside potential.

Look at the latter part of January, the volume, and the spike to 7/8. LOL, the volume today turned old Willy% right back up again. :-)

<"MIAMI, Feb 8, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Whitehall Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB:WTHL) today announced that
its wholly-owned Alternative Lending Group, Inc. (ALG) subsidiary has added 14 states to its growing roster of
states in which the company operates its multi-million-dollar e-commerce mortgage banking business.

"Alternative Lending Group is rapidly gaining a national presence," said Whitehall President and Chief
Executive Officer Luis Alvarez. "The company has exceeded our expectations. Operations have nearly tripled,
growing from nine to 23 states, since the beginning of the New Year.">

"MIAMI, Feb 1, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Whitehall Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB:WTHL) today announced that
1999 represents the Company's first profitable year to date.

The positive transformation in operating results during fiscal year ended September 30, 1999 was primarily due
to successfully assimilating three major acquisitions and carrying out the approved objectives in the
Company's Chapter XI Bankruptcy Reorganization Plan -- resulting in a $71 million tax/loss carry forward.

------------------------------------------------
Notice the mention of the three acquisitions. One of our Golden Lists regulars called the company today.

He spoke with either the CEO or Pres, sorry I forget which, and was told that a fourth acquisition should be done by mid year.

Well mid year is not that far away, and another acquistion for a company that describes itself as a growth oriented holding company targeting business
acquisitions, which will contribute a diversified asset base for the company
can only be good news for shareholders, IMO.
