Well only a couple more hours to sign up for the extra $5 on Paypal. This PayPal phenomenon reminds me of good old American Express Traveller's checks. Where they collect interest on all those unused checks travelling around in purses and wallets for weeks and months. I bet if Deutsche Bank wasn't involved with PayPal, ebay would have already scarfed them up.
