That would explain why there aren't any SC-13s, as no one institution holds enough of the class to have to file. It claims buying, and indeed, if memory serves, that figure used to be lower.
So it would appear you're selling as institutions are buying. Retail puke, eh? Some insiders are selling, but those pigs were selling ever since it was 6. Oshman has bought and held.
