IMHO your solution is not doable. No one can pre predict the outcome of a class action suit.Only when the Judge issues his ruling will that factor be cleared. To sell to company to a larger firm at this time I believe would almost destroy the value in equity held by the shareholders. After all this would be a fire sale.The management is following their only choice-keep going-keep nose to grindstone and pray.
