I knew that MSFT had a piece of FAIM, but this I did not know: Lycos has stake in FairMarkets - According to the S1/A filing, Lycos has warrants to purchase 725,000 shares at $.01 and another 595,000 at $1.71 Now I see why YHOO wants EBAY!
