Steve: if your view is that US tech/net will downward spriral through the summer, any thoughts on going with a hedge of Japan net/tech holdings which are currently some 60-80% off their recent highs due to end of March profit taking and which have recently (past 2 days) started to rebound?...the likes of DoCoMo, Softbank, Kyocera and Trans Cosmos come to mind.
