Tax rate has been guided up from -0- last yr to 30% this yr.

There is no way they are going to have a sequentially down Q.

I don't have my spreadsheet with me, but sales will be up healthily, margin will be up, and the increase in expenses won't be commensurate with the increase in sales.

I believe my estimate is $.38.

Per the CC (read Scot's transcript), we are going to get big margin improvement each Q for the rest of the yr.
