that bit about increasing shareholder value sounds intriguing....anyone following CCGI still?

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 14, 2000--ComTech Consolidation Group Inc. (OTCBB:CCGI)
today announced that the company has set a date for its Annual stockholders meeting.

The board of directors has set the date of April 26, 2000 for the company's annual meeting, to be held in
Galveston, Texas. All shareholder proposals must be received by ComTech no later then March 24, 2000 and
should be sent to: ComTech Consolidation Group Inc. Attn: Dr. Beatrice Beasley, Secretary at P.O. Box
980580, Houston, TX 77098.
Any shareholder wishing to receive a copy of the proxy statement should forward their address to the above
P.O. Box.

commented "We wish to thank our stockholders for their continued support. The new board of directors is still
considering several proposals relating to the forward moving plan of ComTech. The board has been collecting
